Express Delivery - Order before 4pm & your order will be sent out the same day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days, tracked service

Standard delivery will be sent out and delivered within 2-5 working days, tracked service

Collection - Collection is available however this will need to be organised via email or phone on 07399652747

Please allow extra time for delivery when we have a sale or promotion running

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We package your order as soon as we receive it so chances are we cannot amend however we will try if we can! If we cannot please return the unopened package and we can rectify this for you upon return of the items 

Refund & Returns:

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to return goods ordered. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the 

When returning items customer is responsible for returns postage and must include a note with your order number and whether you require a refund or exchange

Due to hygiene reasons all products should be returned in its original packaging and unopened state. We will not refund any items that have been opened, items must be returned with seal still intact Glues and liquids are non refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reason.

In the event that a product received is faulty or damaged we can of course exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt we can then send a returns label and once the return is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can then either issue a refund or exchange.

Any FREE/SALE products received are non refundable or exchangeable. 

Clearance/sample sale are as per description when ordered and are non refundable or exchangeable. Items brought in our sale are non refundable.

Orders purchased with a gift card are non refundable.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
